Memorial Day Weekend

We spent our Memorial Day weekend pretty much cooking and grilling the whole weekend!! Jordan's dad, aka "Pops" was in town visiting us and Leah and Chad. Here is a list of what whipped up by Jordan the chef this weekend!! Homemade BBQ Sauce (from Jordan's Papa's recipe), homemade salsa, bbq chicken, sausage, and grilled shrimp with cilantro and chili's. If you are a shrimp lover email me and I will send you the recipe, it was great.

Pops left Monday afternoon and we went over to a friends house for some swimming and an impromptu dinner bbq!! Both of my kiddos love the pool. Brennan would love for me to turn him loose and Katie tries her best to get out of the seat we put her in!! I think eventually we will put one in the backyard, just waiting for the kids to get a little older.
