Over spring break we met our friends The Justice's in San Antonio and spent a couple of days at Sea World. (Yes, you read that right, we went to Sea World during spring break and yes, we were crazy!!) It actually wasn't as crazy as we thought it would be and B seemed to have a good time. We got to see the dolphins, seals, walrus and of course Shamu. There was a really cute Sesame Street show also, but B slept through it while the rest of us got to watch!! He also slept through the seal show so Jordan, Katie and I got to watch that one twice. We did get to feed the seals afterwards also and that was really cool. B still talks about Shamu and loves his stuffed Shamu.
For the future we learned that the best age to do Sea World, Disney, etc. for us will probably be 4!! 2 1/2 just isn't the best for an all day affair. We did have a great time with our friends though so it was worth it!!!
I think B's favorite part ended up being the popcorn!! For a couple of days after we got home he would ask for popcorn as a snack and have me put it in his shamu bucket!! Here are a few pics we took. I didn't get many, it is hard to take pics and hold a 7 month old baby who really wants to take pics also!!

i was thinking of taking the kiddos this summer (yes...we will fry like bacon in the san antonio heat) but i don't know how the dude will do. i haven't been in YEARS! i think it's REALLY changed and gotten bigger! but B is right...shamu is the best!
